Norway was still white when I visited Oslo and a friend this weekend. It was a weekend of walking Uma (the dog), eating, talking and sleeping. Not bad. PS: The mutant pancake with rømme and jam on the picture was too much for one person...

Hvad er rømme, for tror godt jeg kunne spise sådan en kage lige nu!
Rømme er vist sådan en slags ekstra fed creme fraiche, der smager super godt!
