Copenhagen Cooking
The weather has been great the last couple of days, so I have been going for walks and sitting around on benches looking at people. Fantastic. Besides that it's now time to cook decent meals. I found a noodle dish in my new cookbook from Louisa Lorang with pig, cabbage, cashews, coriander, chili, lime and fish sauce which really did it's job both visually and tastefully.

The Elves Man
In Berlin we ate lunch in the street, and I spotted this man. I love weird windowsill arrangements... Enjoy your Sunday!

Days In The City
I just arrived in Copenhagen after five days in Berlin visiting my boyfriends brother. I love the green boulevards, the cozy coffee shops, coffee and Prosecco in the afternoon, long walks and odd discoveries such as a man looking out his window surrounded by elves? (that one I might show you tomorrow...). This time we lived in a nice backyard apartment in Kreuzberg, where we got woken up every morning by kids playing in the kindergarden downstairs. The trip made me realize how nice it is with plants in the hallway windowsills and backyards, Döners with red cabbage and patterned green curtains in the bedroom.

Monday: Tips And Treasures
Today I have been wearing my new home shoes almost all day, because this home has been turned into an official 'assignment bootcamp' for the next three days. I love to work from home, because I get to wear comfy clothes and drink good coffee and tea (Cool Mint tea from Tante T - is great!). But I can also easily be tempted to do other things... like reading a magazine. Have you seen Oh Comely? I think it has potential.

Cured / Pink
Writing a research paper about the presenting of the self on blogs doesn't exactly motivate me to do a whole lot of blogging myself.... But now it's time, and I'm presenting myself in pink with three things I'm looking forward to do - when this paper is written.
#1: Fixing the new bird-lamp, so that it will hang in a better place with a better light bulb
#2: Sew new buttons in the second hand blouse I bought in Paris
#3: Drink my 'sorrows' away in Berlin with nice people

My (Super) Mom
This post has nothing to do with mother's day, because I don't really like the fact that you only celebrate your mom on this one day. All the cool, beautiful and strong mothers out there should be recognized every day! My own mom is one of the coolest. Just the fact that she is a very active blogger (not limited by technical difficulties) gives her a lot of credit in my book. But that's just one of the many things she does on a daily basis for herself and others - she is filled with so much energy and power. I hope she has passed some on to me...

Paris: Details
Some small details from the street, a door, a window and from the market. There was so many things at the market that I actually ended up buying nothing there...

Paris I Am Yours
Easter in Paris meant blue skies, cakes, green trees, ice cream and riding bicycles on beautiful streets. Very needed after 5 months of winter - I'm ready for more summer!

Bits And Pieces Of Monday
Today I'm working in my living room drinking coffee from the new cup bought in Paris. I'm getting inspired from a quote on a postcard by Louise Bourgois, and a documentary I have watched in bed two times this weekend. The documentary is about Robyn who I started listening to when I was very young. I love the way she reflects, and I think she can be a big inspiration no matter what you do... see the documentary here and with subtitles here
