I like to think of a day as a day and not more or less than that whatever happens. Good or bad. Today the sun was shining and we took the day off. Eating different favorite breakfasts, finally receiving my yarn from Pickles and walking by and on the lakes for two hours. I noticed so much white today: snow, swans and window decorations.
Food makes me happy. I always take pictures of what I eat, but it is not often they are used alone in a post. Today I found three favourites: Breakfast at the hotel in Nice, lunch at 'Dyrehaven' on Vesterbro and coffee with cheese cake at Kunstindustrimuseet (now known as Designmuseum Danmark?). Being abroad make me notice details much more. Everything from different weird plants, small things lying on the pavement to a bike or a surprise behind a tree. Noticing the details is easier when the day starts and ends close to a beautiful skyline above a big blue sea.
A chilly weekend in Nice meant time for colors and thoughts, laughs and walks. Everything was enjoyed with large amounts of food, hot chocolate and cakes. The view from the old hotel balcony was excellent and everything smelled like french perfumes, flowers and fresh air.
My blog is the place where I put unfinished ideas, everyday thoughts and all the fun and adventure that comes from being bored... I try to capture this in stories, pictures and links worth sharing with you!
